Founded in 1946, Sophia Laboratories is a world-class leader in Mexican ophthalmology.
Utilizing a centralized cloud database to optimize operations and decision-making, the company has consolidated data for 4,000 specialized ophthalmologists, 8,000 pharmacies, and 3,000 hospitals and clinics.
Through the Service Cloud platform, Axalta Mexico and Axalta Brazil consolidated their service process into a single platform, enabling them to manage various types of requests, including product or service complaints, sample requests, returns, and information requests. This unified process simplifies operations and improves communication between departments.
An in-house system was integrated to provide call center agents with additional information needed while handling cases via phone or email. This integration enables all consulted data to be recorded in Salesforce, allowing for detailed case tracking and reporting.
